Start by telling us what you’re signing and where you need us to meet you—home, office, a closing location, a hospital, or another agreed-upon site. 2. Prepare for Signing
At your appointment, we’ll start by confirming your identity using a valid government-issued photo ID, ensuring every detail matches your documents. For remote sessions, our secure e-notarization platform uses multi-factor checks—like a one-time code and visual ID scan—to meet or exceed state requirements. 3. On-Site Notarization
We arrive at the scheduled time, verify identities, confirm willingness and awareness, and witness signatures. Then we complete the notarization by filling out the notarial certificate and applying the official seal.
