With in-person notarization, you sign in front of us at our office. With remote notarization, you sign through a live video session using an approved online process (availability depends on state requirements).

At your appointment, we’ll start by confirming your identity using a valid government-issued photo ID, ensuring every detail matches your documents. For remote sessions, our secure e-notarization platform uses multi-factor checks—like a one-time code and visual ID scan—to meet or exceed state requirements. Rest easy knowing each step is logged and timestamped for your protection.

3. Sign & Seal
Once you’re verified, you’ll watch live (in person or on video) as we apply our official notary seal and signature to your documents. If remote, you’ll sign digitally with your mouse or touchscreen, and we’ll affix a tamper-evident electronic seal. Completed documents are delivered immediately—download a certified PDF or receive hard copies by mail, so you can move forward without delay.
